By investigating TISIDB, we found that KNL1 was expressed differently in different immune subtypes of PRAD (C1: wound healing, C2: IFN-gamma dominant, C3: inflammatory, C4: lymphocyte depleted) (Figure 1D), but its expression has no correlation with different molecular subtypes (Figure 1E). This evidence concerns the gene KNL1 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
