DRAXIN and colorectal carcinoma: Many of the genes which are lowly-expressed in GSE133383 (Figure 4A; LIM2, SPTSSB, LGALS9B, PRSS57, ADGRG3, and, to a lesser extent, DRAXIN), which lacks intestinal NK cells samples, are highly expressed in particular subsets of CRC-infiltrating NK cells (Figures 4A, B), possibly reflecting a role for these genes as CRC-specific NK cell markers induced by the tumour microenvironment.
