Hence, in the present study, we investigate whether blood basophils in stable-mildly symptomatic allergic asthma exhibit altered expression levels of surface markers CD25, CD32, CD63, CD69, CD203c, and CD300a, and anti-apoptotic proteins (BCL-2, BCL-xL, and MCL-1) in comparison to blood basophils from healthy controls. This evidence concerns the gene ENPP3 and allergic asthma.
