Pairwise comparisons identified that HE mice had higher serum sclerostin compared to HS (mean difference = +36.9 pg ml−1, p = 0.03) and trended to be significantly higher than LE mice (mean difference = +30.3 pg ml−1, p = 0.08), while there were no differences between LS and LE groups (Figure 1).
