Thereby, five gynaecologic malignancies were ranked under the top eight tumor entities with the highest frequency of SEC62 gene alterations (ovarian cancer (39% of cases), cervical cancer (35% of cases), endometrial cancer (30% of cases), uterine endometrioid carcinoma (25% of cases), and breast cancer (15% of cases)) (Figure 4A).
