MICB and coronary artery disorder: The expression of the IGH1 gene was mainly up-regulated for “limonene and pinene degradation,” whereas it was down-regulated for “DNA replication.” Patients with CAD exhibited upregulation of the MAK2P1 gene in “linoleic acid metabolized” and downregulation in “glycosphingolipid biosynthetic Globo series.” Patients with CAD had higher levels of “pentose and glucuronic acid interconversion” and lower levels of “other glycan degradation” for the MICB gene.
