Eighteen patients with parotitis were anti-SSA/Ro60 positive, and 11 patients with parotitis were anti-SSB positive, compared with 14 and 1 patients without parotitis who were anti-SSA/Ro60 positive or anti-SSB positive, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P = 0.003 and P = 0.001, respectively).
