This prospective pilot study showed that in selected patients, especially with high-risk PCa, 18F-JK-PSMA-7 PET/CT prior to radical prostatectomy could be useful to evaluate lymph node involvement, but also to identify other malignant lesions as in the case of the patient P01 who presented with PSMA-positive abnormalities in the urinary bladder wall despite a negative CT scan. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
