Owing to the general lack of reports on comprehending the impact of the shapes and sizes of IONPs on their efficiency as vehicles to deliver the miRNA34a gene for cancer treatment, we aimed to target the PD-L1 gene expressed in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells with miRNA34a pDNA using different shapes of IONPs while checking the efficiency of each nanoparticle with respect to its shape and size. Here, CD274 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
