The results on the graph show that genes co-expressed with METTL3 are significantly enriched in the signature E2F target, the marker G2M checkpoint, and the MYC targets; therefore, it could be speculated that METTL3 might play a role in regulating the cell cycle, which significantly affects the proliferation of EM cells. This evidence concerns the gene METTL3 and erythema multiforme.
