In conclusion, we found that CEBPB and CEBPG are abundantly expressed in PDAC cell lines, which, together with the finding that CEBP-family members are differentially regulated in tumor compared to normal tissue, suggests that CEBPB and CEBPG may have the potential to compensate for the loss of CEBPD in PDAC. The gene discussed is CEBPA; the disease is neoplasm.
