Our research will be helpful to determine the relevance of each cancer-related signaling pathway that may be used to development of novel therapies that combine extracts of P. vulgaris with other agents including MYC, Notch, Wnt, E2F, Ets, STAT, SMAD, Hdghog, AP-1, and NF-κB blockers, to effectively treat cervical cancer, and other cancers that activate these pathways. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is cervical cancer.
