Similarly, the difference in overall survival of GBM patients grouped according to the expression of the signature based on the positive z-score of the mean gene expression (including GALNT12, POR, RPL39L, CUL1, MAP2K3, CAMK4, DENND2A, HPS1, ADAMTSL1, SCO1, GPC5, GALNT6, and MYO1C) is statistically significantly different, with a hazard rate of 1.78 (95% confidence interval: 1.43–2.22), as shown in Figure 5, panel b.
