KIF23 and lung carcinoma: Knockdown of KIF23 or inhibition of KIF23, a secondary high interacted protein with 14 proteins, suppressed the growth of lung cancer cells [70,71], triple negative breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231 and BT549) [72], glioma [73], etc. It was also reported that patients with a high expression of KIF23 had a poor survival [74].
