Multivariable analysis showed that, only dNLR ≥ 1.4 and CRP ≥ 2.9 continued to be statistically and independently linked to worse OS (HR = 4.62, 95% CI 1.89–11.27, p = 0.001; HR = 2.92, 95% CI 1.49–5.70, p = 0.002, respectively) when accounting for age, gender, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS), Charlson comorbidity index (CCI), pulmonary function, smoking status, tumor pathologic type, T-stage, and BED10 (Table 2).
