We found that advanced HCC stage, high levels of AFP, and isopropyl alcohol were significantly associated with worse survival, with a hazard ratio (HR) of 7.07 (95%CI: 1.55–32.31), 1.53 (95%CI: 1.09–2.17) and 4.84 (95%CI: 1.28–18.24), respectively, p = 0.012, 0.015 and 0.020 (Table 4). Here, AFP is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
