Survival analyses in the present study revealed that loss of RANBP3L, GLYATL-1, ESR1, and SFXN2 was significantly related to lower RFS in breast cancer (p-value < 0.012, 1.1 × 10−6, 1 × 10−16, and 1.3 × 10−10, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene SFXN2 and breast carcinoma.
