Finally, we only included patients treated with a single-agent anti-PD(L)1, but anti-CTLA4 drugs such as ipilimumab are now used alone or in combination with anti-PD(L)1 in metastatic melanoma, NSCLC, or renal clear cell carcinoma, and it could be interesting to evaluate the impact of MS number and LM in patients treated with anti-CTLA4, especially in combination [37].
