Finally, we studied the pan-cancer application prospects of FBLN5 in targeted therapy and performed a tumor purity analysis (Figure 7F), TMB analysis (Figure 7G), and MSI analysis (Figure 7H), and found that the expression of FBLN5 showed a trend of negative correlations with TMB and MSI, which proved that targeted therapy was not supported when FBLN5 expression was high. This evidence concerns the gene FBLN5 and cancer.
