We firstly depleted OTUD7B in THP1 (monocytes), HL-60 (acute promyelocytic leukemia) and K562 (chronic myelogenous leukemia) cells and found OTUD7B knockdown led to reduced Akt-pS473 signals (Figure 4A–C). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and acute promyelocytic leukemia.
