OTUD7B and cancer: Together, our study identifies a small molecule 7Bi as a possible OTUD7B catalytic inhibitor, which may be a viable therapeutic agent in treating cancers with OTUD7B overexpression including breast cancer [28], lung cancer [29], diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [30] and NSCLC [31], as well as other human disorders including myocardial infarction [32].
