To assess whether the activity of the signaling mediators (ERK1/2, AKT, and Rac1) taken into consideration for HCC cell adhesion on Ln332 γ2 may also be required for migration on this chain, we set up a 16 h’ migration transwell assay of HLE and HLF cells on fibronectin, Ln332, and Ln332 γ2 in the absence/presence of inhibitors of MEK, AKT, and Rac1 at the same concentrations as used in adhesion assay. This evidence concerns the gene RAC1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
