In our results, the expression of many cytoskeleton genes was increased in Ctrl cells upon MM treatment, which is in line with a higher demand for contractility (Figure 5A,B) Yet, this trend could not be observed in LAMP2 KO cells, as the expression of the mature subtype of TNNI3 even decreased after MM treatment. The gene discussed is TNNI3; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
