RAB42 and glioblastoma: In particular, nine tumor tissues, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), exhibited a remarkable upregulation of RAB42 expression in all of the above databases.
