The results of immunoblot analysis indicated that CaMKII phosphorylation was significantly downregulated in Vera@CLCMP patch-treated HFD-fed mice compared to vehicle-treated HFD-fed mice (Fig. 8g, h), suggesting that the CaMKII signaling pathway is involved in the therapeutic benefits of the Vera@CLCMP patch in hepatic steatosis.
