All four arrays showed that ovarian cancer patients with high SLC11A2 expression had shorter progression-free survival (PFS) than those with low expression (P = 0.0044, 0.0086, 0.015, 0.000016; HR = 1.21, 1.19, 1.19, 1.35) and the median survival time was also significantly different: 1.73–4.78 months (Fig. 3a–d; Supplementary Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene SLC11A2 and ovarian carcinoma.
