The diagnostic accuracy of PTT and nPTT for the exclusion of HF (NT-proBNP < 125 ng/L) as quantified by the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.73 (CI 0.59–0.84; P < 0.001) for PTT and 0.72 (CI 0.59–0.83; P < 0.001) for nPTT. The gene discussed is NPPB; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
