NPPB and hydrops fetalis: For the inclusion of HF (NT-proBNP > 600 ng/L for BMI ≤35 kg/m2 and > 300 ng/L for BMI > 35 kg/m2), the diagnostic performance of PTT amounted to an AUC of 0.70 (CI 0.58–0.80; P < 0.001), and for nPTT, to an AUC of 0.78 (CI 0.68–0.87; P < 0.001), whereas a PTT > 7.8 s for the inclusion of HF resulted in a specificity of 78% and sensitivity of 61%.
