DLX5 and lung cancer: ASPM is downregulated in PAH and upregulated in lung cancer, and it has been related to the positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway (Table S1), along with a top deregulated LC-PAH TF SOX4, and a top deregulated LC TF DLX5, suggesting that it might be related to the regulation of this pathway in lung cancer (Figure 10).
