ASPM is downregulated in PAH and upregulated in lung cancer, and it has been related to the positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway (Table S1), along with a top deregulated LC-PAH TF SOX4, and a top deregulated LC TF DLX5, suggesting that it might be related to the regulation of this pathway in lung cancer (Figure 10). This evidence concerns the gene DLX5 and lung carcinoma.
