A total of 5 target genes in “pathways in cancer” which showed strong interactions with other targets, namely, EGFR, CASP3, TNF, STAT3, and ERBB2, were selected to binding with active compounds in HQHG, including caffeic acid, tianshic acid, scopoletin, ferulic acid, adenosine, rutin, and quercetin-3β-D-glucoside. Here, ERBB2 is linked to cancer.
