The finding from the expression levels of ADAR mRNA showed statistically significant upregulated expressions in pan-cancer databases compared with control (P < 0.0001; Figure 1(a)), especially CRC (Figures 1(b), 1(c), and 1(e)), which was extracted from TCGA CRC dataset, CPTAC protein, and Human Protein Atlas (HPA) databases. This evidence concerns the gene ADAR and cancer.
