For men with prostate cancer, IL6 (b = − 1.423, 95% CI [− 17.894, 15.048], p = 0.866) and TNFα (b = − 1.905, 95% CI [− 8.542, 4.732], p = 0.574) were not statistically significant moderators of the effect of exercise intensity on changes in muscle strength (Table 3, Model 3.2).
