After coincubation with MuSK-CAART or NTD-T in the presence of anti-MuSK IgG4 mAbs or purified plasma from IgG from patients with MG, caspase-3/7-positive monocytes or NK cells were similar to counts observed in the presence of normal human IgG and less than those observed with anti-CD3 positive-control antibody (UCHT1).
