Intriguingly, LYVE-1 staining showed that the number of lymphatic vessels was robustly increased in intratumoral and peritumoral areas of CCa with low circVPRBP expression (Fig. 1E, F), suggesting that circVPRBP may play a vital role in lymphangiogenesis and LN metastasis in cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene LYVE1 and cervical carcinoma.
