To better understand the functional role of FAT1 in T-ALL, we applied gene set enrichment (GSEA) as well as pathway enrichment analyses from T-ALL patient data and characterized FAT1 overexpression (OE), knockdown (KD) and knockout (KO) regarding a proliferative effect and FAT1-WNT pathway interaction in T-ALL. This evidence concerns the gene FAT1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
