AKT1 and pulmonary fibrosis: In this study, we proved that Duvelisib could inhibit the activation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway in vitro and in vivo, then inhibits the proliferation, migration and activation of lung fibroblasts, alleviates the blockage of autophagy in fibroblasts, and thus attenuates the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
