In summary, most of the studies reported thus far indicate that YTHDF1 can be considered a promising cancer biomarker in a broad range of human tumors: high expression of YTHDF1 is an independent negative prognostic biomarker in patients with NSCLC [22], HCC [55], GC [75], Ovarian [87] and prostate cancer [96], cervical squamous cell carcinoma [100] and CRC [101]. Here, YTHDF1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
