We have previous results showed that YTHDF1 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation and xenograft tumor formation by mediating the translational efficiency of cyclin D1, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), and CDK4, and that YTHDF1 elimination inhibits de novo lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) progression [22].
