In the current study, we demonstrated that VIP antagonist enhanced M1 markers TNF-α, iNOS, and CXCL10, reduced Mrc-1 mRNA expression, and increased phagocytic ability against CT26 colon cancer cells in mouse macrophage RAW264.7 cells incubated with CT26-CM. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and malignant colon neoplasm.
