We investigated the association of PD-L1 expression with T stage, lung adenocarcinoma pathological grade, which was aroused by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) in 2020 [14], pathological dominant subtype, spread through air space (STAS), vascular invasion, lymphatic invasion and seven driven genes, in the hope of comprehensively demonstrating PD-L1 expression status in stage 0-IA lung adenocarcinoma and add the evidence of potential involvement of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway in the evolution of lung adenocarcinoma from AIS to IAC. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is lung cancer.
