ACK1 can promote cancer cell proliferation, EMT, migration, and invasion in different cancers, including colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, glioma, prostate cancer, renal cancer, and NSCLC (Chua et al. 2010; Hu et al. 2016; Lei et al. 2015; Mahajan et al. 2013, 2005; Qi and Ding 2018; Tan et al. 2014; Zhang et al. 2015).
