Therefore, ACK1 has been considered a promising therapeutic target for multiple cancers, including colorectal cancer (Qi and Ding 2018), breast cancer (Mahajan et al. 2015), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (Lei et al. 2015), head and neck squamous carcinoma (Peng et al. 2022), and NSCLC (Gu et al. 2020; Hu et al. 2016; Tan et al. 2014; Zhu et al. 2020; Zhu et al. 2021a, b).
