DR-TB patients exhibited significantly increased levels of IFN-γ(p < 0.0001), IL-2 (p < 0.0001), TNF-α (p < 0.0001), IL-1α (p < 0.0001), IL-6 (p < 0.0001), IL-12p70 (p < 0.0001), IL-17 (p < 0.0001), GM-CSF (p = 0.0045), IL-4 (p = 0.0137), and IL-10 (p < 0.0001) in comparison to control group. Here, IFNG is linked to tuberculosis.
