Our results show that the high expression of C1QC and VSIG4 was positively correlated with age > 60 years old, sex, history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, and transient ischaemic attack, and the low expression of CFD was inversely related to age > 60 years old, female sex, history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, and transient ischaemic attack. This evidence concerns the gene VSIG4 and transient ischemic attack.
