These results suggested that the relative fractions of Tregs and resting MCs in the tumor tissue were lower than those in para-carcinoma tissue, but the naive CD4 T cells, activated CD4 memory T cells, M0 macrophages, activated DCs, activated MCs, and neutrophils in the tumor tissues were higher compared with para-carcinoma tissues (Figure 1(a)).
