We processed 28 prostate cancer samples over a 5-year period before successfully developing ACRJ-PC28 that was obtained from a 69-year-old Jamaican male with a PSA of 441.2 ng/mL, diagnosed with prostate cancer adenocarcinoma (Gleason score; 4+4) with perineural involvement.
