Finally, we annotated each cluster and reduced the 11 clusters to 6 cell types (Fig. 2B) according to the intensity of the marker genes: tumor-associated macrophages (Clusters 0, 1, 2, and 3; Cd14+ and Cd68+), B cells (Cluster 4; Igkc+, and Cd79a+), T cells (Clusters 5, 8, and 9; Cd3e+ and Trac+), dendritic cells (Cluster 7; H2-Ab1+ and Itgax+), monocytes (Cluster 7; CD14+, S100a8+, S100a9+, and Fcgr1-) [31], and fibroblasts (Cluster 10; Cald1+ and Col3a1+). The gene discussed is CD14; the disease is neoplasm.
