PARP10 is also involved in the inflammatory response and tumor development, being overexpressed in the majority of human tumors, including breast and ovarian tumors, oral squamous cell carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma, and PARP10 also plays a role in promoting the proliferation of related tumors42–45. Here, PARP10 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
