SPATS2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: The results showed that the high level of SPATS2 with low CD4+T and memory resting cells or Tregs cells infiltrating indicated a worse prognosis in patients with HCC (Fig. 6D, E); the SPATS2 expression with high level of macrophage cells infiltration is associated with a worse prognosis in patients with HCC, especially M2 macrophage cells (Fig. 6F, G).
