We observed that among the 344 genes that were reported to be differentially expressed in breast cancer tissues of cases compared to controls in at least two studies, 23 genes showed CN alterations in non-pCR samples compared to pCR-samples in Guarneri et al.[48]: FAM84B[46,48], SRP9[50,52], WDR26[47,50], BATF3[47,50], EDARADD, ENPP2, LAX1, NUAK2, PTPRC[53], KIF21B, RNF19A, ZNF831, NR5A2[52,53], KIF26B, LAMB3, C1orf133[50,53], LAMC2[52,53], FAIM3[50], MIA3[47], OTUD7B, GPATCH2, RNF2, IRF2BP2[50]. Here, SERTAD4-AS1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
