CD30, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, is characteristically expressed in classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), and a monomethyl auristatin E-conjugated anti-CD30 antibody (Brentuximab Vedotin) has been approved for the treatment of relapsed or refractory HL and ALCL [10, 11]. The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
