We also identified a K-Ras(G12D)-inhibitory bicyclic peptide “KS-58”, which is a derivative of KRpep-2d, and reported its in vitro and in vivo growth inhibition activities against CT26 (mouse colorectal cancer cell line) and PANC-1 (human pancreatic cancer cell line) cells both expressing K-Ras(G12D)13,14. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
