AKT1 and Familial prostate cancer: Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis presented that the biological function of the ceRNA network was mainly concentrated in the cell cycle G1/S phase transition, negative regulation of intracellular signal transduction, prostate cancer, cell cycle, regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, regulation of cellular protein localization, regulation of cellular stress response, endocytosis, negative regulation of transferase activity, microRNA in tumors (Fig. 3B).
