Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis presented that the biological function of the ceRNA network was mainly concentrated in the cell cycle G1/S phase transition, negative regulation of intracellular signal transduction, prostate cancer, cell cycle, regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, regulation of cellular protein localization, regulation of cellular stress response, endocytosis, negative regulation of transferase activity, microRNA in tumors (Fig. 3B). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and prostate carcinoma.
