Furthermore, we found that, with FNDC7 exception, expression of the FNDC family was much higher in lung cancer tissues than in normal tissues when we utilized TIMER, another online website, to compare tumor and normal expression (see Figure S1, Supplemental Digital Content, http://links.lww.com/MD/I31, which demonstrates the mRNA expression levels of the FNDC family in human cancers from TIMER). This evidence concerns the gene FNDC7 and lung cancer.
